The ONLY way to cancel your monthly leads autoship order is to complete the form below.  This "time-stamps" the request so that there is no disputing exactly when the cancellation request was submitted. 

We recommend reviewing the Terms of Service , which is a legally binding contract between you and ProspectPRO Leads, so that you fully understand the 7-day advance notice provision of the agreement.

We do offer a generous Replacement Policy for leads that covers undeliverable email addresses or invalid phone numbers.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of the industry, and of online lead generation in general, this is something that is unavoidable.   But in order to keep you as a customer, we are willing to eat the cost of generating these "bad leads" and replace them for you free.  Just complete our Replacement Leads Form here.
